Very sharp, and very functional

Dodge Viper GTS

This Dodge Viper came in for some aerodynamic upgrades to aid in high speed stability. Air was being forced up behind the radiator at high speeds and the pressure wasn’t allowing air to flow through the radiator as it should as well as causing lift to the front end.  The result was a hot running engine and an unsettled feeling on the long straights. To remedy this problem we built an aluminum splitter crafted from a 3/16″ aluminum sheet. The bottom of the splitter extends back all the way past the engine oil pan to direct air towards the back of the vehicle.  The result is a faster and more reliable race car with a meaner look up front.
